This plugin Making request to Media Wiki API using CUL. So we must enable CURL in our server first.

e.g.

Upload the entire wp-wiki-userprofile folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
