RabbitLoader

A couple of years ago when I first installed RabbitLoader it seemed to do the job. After using it for about a year I decided to pay for the Skippy Plan. Once my website had reached the number of visitors limit, instead of just reverting to the free plan like it should have, it instead completely stopped working. I spoke to them about it and they said they would fix it. Since that was the only problem back then that I had encountered with the plugin so far, I went ahead and upgraded to the Bouncy plan. I selected monthly payments. However, it charged me for a one full year. After the full year was paid for, around six months ago, it started having more and more problems: 1) Critical CSS for above-the-fold content wasn't being compiled and served; 2) CSS wasn't being combined and minified like it was supposed to; 3) JS wasn't being combined and minified like it was supposed to; 4) Images aren't being served in next-gen webp format like they are supposed to; 5) one of the most recent updates changed/added specific code to an advanced-cache file which caused my entire website to crash and show only the white screen of death; 6) and for a few months, I was getting continuous fatal error warnings in my error log in for the the RabbitLoader plugin. RabbitLoader is definitely not the type of plugin where you can just set it and forget it. I have to constantly remind myself that RabbitLoader has to be checked. Most recently, on August 13, 2026, I ran a performance check on my website and discovered that my website is actually slower with RabbitLoader installed. With RabbitLoader, the LCP was 3.2s and without RabbitLoader the LCP was 1.9. That same day, August 13th, I informed RabbitLoader support via email that the browser web development tools had been flagged with a red error message that reads, "Could not find DOM element with id 'rabbitloader-root' for a rabbit-loader index.js file That same error is still occurring over one month later.
