After you’ve downloaded and extracted the files:

Upload the complete ‘auto-scroll-tables’ folder to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory OR install via the plugin installer
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
And yer done!
