BookFunnel only delivers products with a matching SKU in your BookFunnel account. Physical products or any product without a matching delivery action are ignored.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"does%20bookfunnel%20deliver%20free%20books%3F\"><h3>Does BookFunnel deliver free books?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes, as long as your BookFunnel account is on the Mid List Author plan or above.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"what%20happens%20if%20a%20delivery%20fails%3F\"><h3>What happens if a delivery fails?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>The plugin will automatically retry failed deliveries on a schedule: 1 hour, 4 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours after the initial failure. You will receive an email alert if a delivery has not been confirmed after 24 hours. You can also manually resend any delivery from the <strong>Deliveries<\/strong> tab in your BookFunnel settings.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"what%20happens%20when%20i%20issue%20a%20refund%3F\"><h3>What happens when I issue a refund?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>It depends on whether the refund is full or partial. A full refund automatically revokes the reader's access to their download link. A partial refund does not revoke access by default \u2014 this is so you can issue a courtesy discount without cutting off a reader who's keeping their book. Do I need to do anything?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes. If you previously set up a WooCommerce integration in your BookFunnel dashboard without using this plugin, you should remove that legacy connection before using the plugin. Having both active at the same time will cause readers to receive duplicate delivery emails. To remove the legacy connection, go to your BookFunnel dashboard, navigate to Sales \u2192 Delivery Settings \u2192 WooCommerce, and disconnect the existing integration.
