How does the staff rotation work?: The plugin rotates customer service staff based on their working hours, shifts, and availability. You can set up detailed work schedules for each staff member, and the plugin will automatically select the appropriate staff member when a customer clicks on a WhatsApp link.
Can I track the performance of my customer service staff?: Yes, the Overview page provides performance metrics for your staff members, including the number of leads generated and other relevant statistics.
Is the plugin compatible with WhatsApp Business API?: The plugin works with regular WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business. For WhatsApp Business API integration, please contact us for custom solutions.
How do I create a new WhatsApp link?: After setting up your staff members, go to the Links section and click “Add New Link”. Fill in the required information, assign staff members, and set up tracking options if needed.
