Search for ‘Follow Us On Social Media’
Click ‘Install Now’
Activate the plugin on the Plugin dashboard

Navigate to the ‘Upload’ area
Select follow-us-on-social-media.zip from your computer
Click ‘Install Now’
Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard
