Deleting a Custom Field _also_ deletes the associated content, so use with caution! This is not meant to be a powerful plugin in the vein of [Advanced Custom Fields](http://www.advancedcustomfields.com/). It cleaned up several unused CPT orphans and cleared them from my website’s database without causing any problems.
