This plugin allows you to upload Word, Powerpoint and Excel files (doc, docx, ppt, pptx, xls and xlsx) through the media library uploader.

Installation

Upload allow-word-powerpoint-file-uploads.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
